1. Purchase the product

2. Register as an official LINE friend

Please send your name as the purchaser in the LINE chat screen.
*Important* Your order will not be completed unless you send your name. Please be careful.

3. Message exchange

Subsequent communication will be via LINE.
Our representative will ask for the text you would like to have embroidered, so please reply.
*We will begin production preparations once we confirm your reply.

4. Layout confirmation

We will send you an image layout of the embroidery via LINE.
If there are no errors in the content, we will proceed with production.
*Corrections cannot be made after the final confirmation. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Completion

Completion is estimated to be approximately 2 weeks from the order date.
